1. Overview
ARIA offers a 14-day period to request refunds for defective or incorrect products, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act.

2. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Items damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects are eligible for full refund or replacement.

3. Process

• Contact team@aria.com.im with order details.

• We will provide instructions for returning the product.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Exceptions

• Customised or personalized products are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless ARIA made an error.

5. Liability

• ARIA is not responsible for delays or damages during the return shipping process, but we advise insured shipping for high-value items.
